Ladies set for big day
BOWLS Bath Ladies will look to continue their successful season on Sunday when they take on Yeovil in the Fear Cup semi-finals at Ashcombe Park in Weston-super-Mare.
This follows the over-55s triumph of Joan Walmsley and Judith Staunton at last month's National Finals in Leamington where, representing Somerset, they blew away the field to score 105 shots and concede just 42 in games against Bucks, Hants, Wiltshire, Warwickshire and Lancashire.

New members are always welcome at Bath Bowling Club, which is based on Pulteney Road, and indoor taster sessions are taking place from 10am-12pm on Saturday, September 22.
