King Edward's junior fencers take team prize at Bath Schools Foil competition

There was plenty of home success when King Edward's staged the annual Bath Schools' Foil competition.

KES Junior School fencing coach Lynne Bornemisza organised the event, which involved 23 schools and 120 pupils and uses electric scoring.

Individuals competed for both an individual medal and for points towards a trophy for their school. KES junior girls won the Schools' Trophy, while the boys finished second in their competition.

KES scored individual victories in the Year 3 boys, Year 4 girls and Year 5 boys and girls categories.
