Junior gymnasts have a ball
GYMNASTICS Youngsters received some top tips from members of the Team GB Olympic squad when City of Bath Rhythmic Gymnastics Club held a fun training event during half-term.
The three-hour session attracted 38 members and newcomers, who had the chance to try out all five pieces of rhythmic apparatus – rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon – together with a dance station.

City of Bath head coach Sarah Moon performed a similar role with GB at London 2012, while club members Lynne Hutchison, Jade Faulkner and Francesca Fox all competed at the Games.
A spokesperson for the club said: "The feedback from all concerned was it was a very enjoyable morning. The gymnasts really were motivated and enthused to take part in sport."
