Singer Joan Armatrading will play The Forum in Bath in June.

The 61-year-old, who has enjoyed a 40-year singing career, is the latest artist to be lined up for the city in Bath Music Plus's World Heritage Series of concerts.

The Ivor Novello winner will play The Forum on Saturday, June 8 at 7.30pm.

She will perform hits such as Love and Affection as well as material from a new CD to be released in time for a tour which will go on until November.
