“Why is it you always get 'captured' on cctv and never 'recorded'? Maybe something to do with the North American indigenous peoples' initial fear of the camera. But I suppose it is reassuring that such an incident makes the news in Bath. A friend of my son who started work in Bristol three weeks ago has had his bike stolen, mugged in broad daylight by five guys with baseball bats, and threatened with being stabbed. Boy, have they got problems downstream.”
