Georgina Gulliver helps England Women run riot against Scotland
Former Bath schoolgirl Georgina Gulliver helped England Women open their Six Nations defence in emphatic fashion as they hammered Scotland 76-0 at Esher.
Scrum-half Gulliver, nee Rozario, who attended St John’s Primary, St Gregory’s and Oldfield schools and began her career at Avon Ladies, was handed the vice-captaincy of a youthful England side.

England racked up 12 unanswered tries, with Sarah Hunter, Ceri Large, Sally Tuson and Abigail Chamberlain all touching down twice and Hannah Gallagher, Amber Reed, Kay Wilson and Rochelle Clark adding one apiece, as they improved upon their 47-0 win in last year’s fixture.
Head coach Gary Street said: "For the first ten or fifteen minutes as we were bedding into the game we did make mistakes but the important thing was that we didn’t panic, we got it together and in the end the result clearly went our way.

"We had a lot of young, inexperienced players out there today but actually they were all leaders and they stood up and that's something I'm really pleased with. We want our games to be exciting to watch, so when people do tune in on television or come to see us live they get a great experience, and that's what we managed today."
England travel to Ashbourne RFC to face Ireland on Saturday (2pm).
