Date for Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Bath
A specialist burger firm which is opening a restaurant in a new food quarter in Bath has named its opening date.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen will open at The Vaults next to Bath Spa railway station on December 3.
The firm had been planning to bring its Burger Bus to Old Bond Street today, for staff to hand out free burgers, but this has had to be postponed.
The Vaults is the final phase of the £360 million SouthGate development.

The firms behind the development, Aviva and Multi, have yet to confirm the names of all the tenants in the long-awaited scheme, which will open over the next few weeks.
Names already known include the Bertinet Bakery, Nandos, Prezzo, Jika-Jika and the Graze Bar, Brewery and Chophouse from Bath Ales.
The Vaults is set in the Victorian arches built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel in 1840, and reveal the original Bath stone structure.
It will eventually include six restaurants and four kiosks, as well as a large piazza where people will be able to sit outside.
Stuart Harris, partner at Queensberry Real Estate, which is advising the Southgate partnership, said: "We are delighted to complete the SouthGate development with The Vaults. It will be a real first for the area, there is simply nothing else like it."
The new outlets will create more than 200 jobs.
