Entrance fury
I received my new season ticket at the end of last week, a brand new piece of plastic. However, in the tenth paragraph of the covering letter, I found that I could only gain access from William Street. Before each home game, I spend 2-2.5 hours voluntarily parking cars in the Cricket Club. This not only involves squeezing the maximum number in, but also directing visitors to The Rec, or other places of interest. I will now have to walk all the way round to the ground to gain access.
I would have thought, particularly after last season, the club would have bent over backwards to encourage their clients to return. Is there a problem with me and the many dozens of my colleagues approaching the ground via the Sports Centre?
This lack of consideration and the way it is hidden in the small print is totally unacceptable. Bath Rugby, you can have my season ticket back and I will choose when it is convenient for me to attend.

“David, I can only walk short distances, using a stick. My season ticket was allocated to a gate that wasn't convenient for me. But instead of moaning about it in the local rag I just quietly phoned the club, explained the problem and they happily changed it. Give it a go, I'm sure you will find them anxious to please.”
