Earl has new role at circuit
Haydn Earl has been appointed as competitions secretary at Castle Combe Racing Club, which organises the race meetings at the Castle Combe Circuit.
The former principal at the circuit-based Wiltshire College of Motorsport Engineering will manage and administer the racing calendar, including coordinating and promoting entries from drivers.
His time at Wiltshire College saw him mastermind the 2009 Castle Combe Formula Ford 1600 Championship success of driver Ben Norton, whose unique Spectrum car was engineered and run by students.
