Duke helps mark centre anniversary

The Duke of Kent has visited the Wiltshire Music Centre in Bradford on Avon as it celebrates its 15th anniversary.

The royal visit was part of a celebration which also saw a performance by award-winning young violinist Nicola Benedetti, who also appeared at the Last Night of the Proms in September.

She performed with the European Union Chamber Orchestra at the centre's 15th Anniversary Gala Concert.

The duke toured the building next to St Laurence School and was entertained by members of West Wiltshire Young Singers, Bradford on Avon Junior Strings and the West Wiltshire Concert Band.
