MID-SOMERSET LEAGUE David Fairweather scored two fine solo strikes in the space of seven second-half minutes as Tunley Athletic Reserves beat Chew Magna Reserves 2-1 in Division 3.
An explosive 30-yard shot dipped under the bar to get the visitors back in the game but Tunley, who had twice hit the woodwork during a goalless first half, deservedly held on for the points.
Nathan Dumble worked tirelessly in midfield and Boston Rovetta-Wood twice forced great saves in the closing minutes.
