Dalmatian Sarah raises animal home cash
Tireless Sarah Ashdown will be running dressed as a dalmatian to raise money for Bath Cats and Dogs Home.
She is passionate about the charity and volunteers at the centre in Claverton Down.
Sarah said: "I have been training twice a day four days a week, combining outdoor runs with gym sessions. At the moment I am sprinting loops of Victoria Park with short rest intervals."
She said she was also doing one plyometric session per week – involving jumping and ladder rope running – to improve speed and power.
