Catherine Wells-Burr death: Two in court charged with conspiracy to murder
Two people have appeared in court charged with conspiring to murder Catherine Wells-Burr.
Rafal Nowak, 31, of Willow Way, Chard, and Anna Lagwinowicz, 32, of South Street, Taunton, appeared at Bristol Crown Court today.

Nowak and Lagwinowicz did not enter pleas, and were remanded in custody.
A date for their trial has provisionally been set for April 2013.
