These are among the latest cases to be dealt with by Bath Magistrates.

Daniel Moran, 28, of Long Valley Road, Twerton, was given a six-week prison sentence for shoplifting.

Leanne Dutton, 20, of Bloomfield Avenue, Bath, was fined £60 for being drunk and disorderly.

Gregory Walton, 38, of Homefield Road, Saltford, was fined £300 and given six penalty points for driving without insurance.

David Atkinson, 20, of Park Street, Bath, was fined £293 and given eight penalty points for driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.

Anthony Marks, 28, of Kenilworth Close, Keynsham, was given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, a curfew, an electronic tag and ordered to pay £350 compensation for assault by beating and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Adam Musson, 41, of St Mark's Road, Bath, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.

Paul Notice, 45, of Julian Road, Bath, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for shoplifting.

Michael Godwin, 41, of Frome Road, Odd Down, was given a community order and ordered to pay £621.80 compensation for criminal damage and assault by beating.

Nicholas Venables, 40, of Bloomfield Drive, Bath, was given a restraining order and fined £165 for assault by beating.

Paul Mboya, 29, of Greenbank Gardens, Bath, was fined £200 and disqualified from driving for six months for driving without insurance.

Jamie Hardy, 25, of Edgeworth Road, Bath, was fined £85 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Jake Macmillan, 21, of Coronation Avenue, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag for possession of ketamine and urinating in a public place.

Dean Smart, 26, of Southlands, Weston, was fined £110 for possession of cocaine.

Melanie Joy, 36, of Queens Road, Keynsham, was fined £375 and given four penalty points for speeding.

Mark Wlodarczyk, 26, of Julian House, Manvers Street, was given a four-week prison sentence for assaulting a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Lee Kaylow, 29, of Monksdale Road, Bath, was given a community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation for two counts of assaulting a police officer.

Paul Johnson, 36, of Kewstoke Road, Bath, was fined £100 for possession of cannabis, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and shoplifting.

Robert McGladdery, 54, of Julian House, Manvers Street, was fined £100 for breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
