Brilliant Beasley earns Biddestone big points
CHIPPENHAM LEAGUE Biddestone Social won the battle of the SK Fruits Chippenham Sunday League Premier Division heavyweights as they beat FC Jager 2-1.
They fell behind to Ashley Barnett's scrambled effort but levelled 20 minutes from time through Dan Lardner before Kris Beasley's brilliant winner sealed two big points for the defending league champions.

FC Colerne bounced back from their cup defeat to Bradford Renegades by comfortably winning 4-2 at Bug & Spider thanks to Chris Dixon (2), James Lye and Adam Pechey. Aaron Hopkins and Simon Dance replied.
Renegades continued their fine form by winning 5-3 at Biddestone White Horse to hold on to top spot in Division 1.

Sam Jordan bagged his fifth hat-trick in as many games and Mark Robinson and Jordan Pinder were also on target, while Simon Burt, Scott Fleming and Tom Lye shared Biddestone's goals.
Second-half strikes from Andy Wilkins, Joe Pritchard and Mike Wilkins earned Corsham United a 3-0 win at Steeple Ashton Rangers.
Corsham Park Rangers remain joint top of Division 3 with FC Buscots following their 5-3 win over Bremhill View Boys – the first time they have ever beaten Gary Marshall's side.
Joe Forester's treble and a Owen Bryan brace made the difference but goals from Jack Taylor (2) and Aaron Gardiner ensured Rangers had to work hard for the points.
Another hat-trick hero was Dan Gilbert as FC North Wiltshire ran out 6-1 winners over struggling Crossblades in Division 4.
Jamie Lyon, Ross Lye and the lively Simon Gray also struck, while Carl Gilbert notched the visitors' consolation.
