The Olive Tree restaurant, which has 3 AA rosettes and is part of The Queensberry Hotel on Russel Street has appointed a new head chef and a new restaurant manager.
Head chef Chris Cleghorn honed his cooking skills as the protege of world renowned chefs such as Heston Blumenthal (Fat Duck in Bray) and Michael Caines (Gidleigh Park).
Restaurant manager Joss Roussanne brings a wealth of experience from restaurants both in the UK and abroad.
