Grosvenor stays on as vice-captain and hands over to Andy Boyce, who is relishing the challenge of the Medics' push for promotion to Division 1 of the North Somerset League.
Elsewhere, the Lee Cup for batting went to Craig Heath, Ivan Lintner collected the Wetten Cup for bowling and the Stockley Shield was won by Billy Minchin. Boyce took the William Searle Cup for fielding and Phil Chant claimed the Sekar Captains Cup.
Hospitals' home games are played at Prior Park College, where staff and pupils, both old and new, have joined the club. Indoor net practice will resume at Beechen Cliff on Sunday, March 7 and new members are welcome.
Although match days are competitive, the club adheres to traditional values. It has a busy social calendar and encourages a family environment.
The club's existence relies on the generosity of sponsorship by local businessmen and women, who are repaid by the support of club members and friends. The sponsors can be viewed on the soon-to-be-launched website at www.BathHospitalsCricket.com.
