Bournemouth complete double over Team Bath Buccs ladies

A 1-0 defeat at home to Bournemouth dented Team Bath Buccs ladies 1sts’ hopes of a top-two finish in West Clubs Premier Division 1.

The mid-table Dorset side won the reverse fixture by the same scoreline and their experienced defence kept Buccs at bay again, with the only goal arriving on the counter-attack in the first half.

Nicky Wilson’s brilliant goalline block earned the 3rds a 0-0 draw at home to second-placed Frome in the East Division.

Penny Post hit a hat-trick for Buccs 4ths in their 5-1 win over North Wilts.
