Big leap in Future's digital advertising
Bath-based publisher Future, famous for computer and music magazines, has reported that digital now accounts for 54 per cent of advertising revenue.
An Interim Management Statement from Future said digital revenues were up by 24 per cent for the three-month period between October and December last year, and now accounts for 23 per cent of all its revenue.
The figures come as no surprise as the company moves more towards digital platforms for its titles.
Future said its revenues for the entire group were down three per cent, but just one per cent for its business in the UK.
