Natasha's desire to help grew.

And she has spent the last year and four months volunteering with charity Revelation Life in Uganda.

In order to fund her time there she has put together a calendar of life in the slums called Beauty out of Ashes, which she is selling for £12.

Natasha, a former Hayesfield School pupil, said: "I was inspired to help at a young age, something was unlocked in my heart and I wanted to work in a Third World country.

"I love working in Uganda, and helping people out there.

"They are so happy to see us, and have become my friends.

"I spend a lot of time with them, and have really got to know them."

Revelation Life works in the slums of Uganda, helping people in poverty.

Natasha's work includes taking care of orphaned families, helping to care for their children, taking a mobile medical unit in to treat children and taking a school into slums for children who have not been sponsored.

In order to stay for another year Natasha needs to raise £150 a month, and is looking for sponsorship.
