Organisers have travelled across the country in the search for the UK's best adolescent singers, singer/songwriters, rappers and vocalists.
Regional winners will compete in the national grand final at the O2 in London.
It is the first time that Rachel, left, a pupil at Ralph Allen School, has
entered a singing competition.
She started singing lessons at the age of four, and recently achieved a distinction for her grade seven singing exam.
She is in the school choir, and recently performed as one of the nuns in a production of Sound of Music.
While at Combe Down Primary School, Rachel landed the role of Sharpay in the production of High School Musical.
