Bath graduate's boyfriend appears in court on murder plot charge
The boyfriend of Bath Spa University graduate Catherine Wells-Burr appeared in court today accused of plotting to kill her.
Rafal Nowak appeared at the same court the day after his former partner Anna Lagwinowicz faced the same charge.

Nowak, 31, is accused of conspiring with 32-year-old Lagwinowicz and others to murder Catherine between May 1 and September 13 this year.
He spoke through an interpreter only to confirm his name, age and address.

Jeffrey Bannister, defending, told Bristol Magistrates' Court: "As a tragic consequence of this incident, my client is not able to go back to the address he shared with this young lady.
"As a result, he cannot put forward an address and will not be applying for bail."
Nowak, of Willow Way, Chard in Somerset, was remanded in custody and will appear alongside Lagwinowicz, of South Street, Taunton, on October 9.
