Andrew Cooper, Bath BID manager, said: "The last time Union Street was transformed into a pancake-racing course it was a lot of fun for teams and spectators alike, and we were really keen to revive the Shrove Tuesday race. We hope plenty of businesses in Bath roll up their sleeves, enter a team and help raise money for charity.”
