Bath bus stop makeover is just the ticket
A bus stop in Bath is to be given a horticultural makeover in a scheme to encourage community gardening.
Glastonbury Festival founder Michael Eavis today unveiled the bus stop in Kipling Avenue in Bear Flat as the first Edible Bus Stop project outside London.
The project which has helped to transform neglected areas of south London, is partly the brainchild of Bath-based landscape architect Will Sandy.
The announcement was made at the National Gardening Show at the Bath and West Showground at Shepton Mallet.

“National Gardening show? I went to this and believe me it was not National, even local would be pushing the truth a bit!”
