Bath boys build Hobbit house out of snow in their backgarden
A touch of The Shire came to Wellow as a group of boys were inspired to build their own Hobbit house.
Robbie Beale, 12, and his ten-year-old brother Dominic, spent two days creating the snowhouse out of snow in their back garden.
The Beechen Cliff School pupils were helped by friends Ollie and Dominic to create the structure.
The boys are all fans of The Hobbit, and wanted to create something similar in their back garden.

Mum Catherine Beale said: "They brought more friends straight round after school for hot chocolate inside.
"It benefits from an internal snow bench, a centrally mounted torch and two windows.
"Originally adults could enter via the tunnel but this has since been elongated and improved – reduced in size to keep us out.
"Lit with lanterns at night, it looks like The Shire in The Hobbit."

“So today it's called a Hobbit House. I don't know if we had a name for our snow houses when I was there age but they sure have built a very similar house to the ones we built! It sure is a fun thing to do and a good work out!”
