Bath Rugby's Lee Mears and Matt Banahan banned
Bath Rugby hooker Lee Mears has been banned for two weeks following the ill-tempered clash with Leicester Tigers that saw three players sent off.
Matt Banahan faces an extra week on the sidelines after he was given a three-week ban after being dismissed for a dangerous tackle at Welford Road.
There was some good news for Bath Rugby as Francois Louw escaped further punishment after he was given a red card for reportedly elbowing an opponent.
But the disciplinary panel dismissed the citing against the South African flanker and he is free to continue playing.

Bath Rugby had expected sanctions following their 17-12 defeat to the Tigers but the citing of Mears for "punching or striking an opponent" came as a surprise as he escaped punishment during Saturday's game.
The former England international was given a two-week ban and ordered to pay £500 towards the costs of the hearing after admitting the charge and will be free to play on December 17.
He will miss the Amlin Cup home and away fixtures with Calvisano as will Banahan who will also be unavailable for the Aviva Premiership home game with high-flying Saracens.
Banahan was given a three-week ban and ordered to pay £500 towards the costs of the hearing after admitting the charge and will be available again on Christmas Eve.
Leicester Tigers Brett Deacon was given a one-week ban after he was sent off in the same match.
