Bath Rugby Ladies stage another popular girls' training session
Welsh international Caryl Thomas and club colleague Vicky Heslop led by example when Bath Rugby Ladies staged their latest girls-only training session on Saturday.
The increasing popularity of the sport was evident as ten more youngsters joined those who had attended the first get-together at Lambridge last month.

Lauren , aged 13, said: “I had a really great time, everyone was really friendly. I can’t wait for the next time!”
Seventeen-year-old Sidney added: “It was great fun, the day was well organised. The coaches all made you feel welcome and provided great support for all the girls who attended.”

Also overseeing the training were Ian ‘Smudge’ Smith, Avon RFC’s Matt Sutherland and Bath RFC’s Tony Holton.
The plan is to launch a new girls team but, until then, regular open sessions will be held for those aged 11-18, with the next taking place from 11am on Saturday, April 13.
