These are among the latest cases to be dealt with by Bath Magistrates' Court.
Dane Gumas, 24, of Sheridan Road, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag and ordered to pay £30 compensation for stealing meat and soap powder from Sainsbury's.
Anwar Ali Shah, 34, of Sheridan Road, Bath, was given a seven-day prison sentence for shoplifting, namely stealing groceries from Sainsbury's.
Denby Sweeting, 31, of Entry Hill, Bath, was given a six-month conditional discharge for shoplifting, namely stealing sushi from Marks and Spencer, and possession of cannabis.

Elizabeth Anderson, 38, of Rooksbridge Walk, Twerton, was given a community order, a restraining order and ordered to pay £100 compensation for assault by beating.
Roland Blackmore, 60, of Combe Park, Twerton, was fined £100 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.
Mia Sheppard, 20, of Holcombe Green, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew, an electronic tag and ordered to pay £8.80 compensation for making off without paying a taxi fare and failing to answer bail.
Linda Burrett, 69, of High Street, Corsham, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.
Philip Greenwood, 36, of Locksbrook Road, Bath, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.
Victoria Watkins, 29, of St Dunstans Close, Keynsham, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.
Edward Mandley, 28, of Whitebrook Lane, Peasedown St John, was fined £150 and disqualified from driving for 20 months for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.
Eustaquio Penate, 36, of Lower Borough Walls, Bath, was fined £200 and disqualified from driving for six months for driving a vehicle which had tyres in such bad condition they posed a risk.
Kelly Griffin, 33, of Victoria Terrace, Bath, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for driving without insurance.
Chad Allen, 24, of Wedmore Park, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew, an electronic tag and ordered to pay £200 compensation for assault by beating while subject to a community order.
Nathan Dixon, 22, of Coxley Drive, Larkhall, was given a community order and ordered to pay £170 compensation for three counts of assaulting a police officer and criminal damage, namely breaking a police officer's spectacles.
Stacey Davies, 24, of Moorfields Drive, Bath, was fined £55 and given three penalty points for driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Joanne Drywood, 43, of Under Knoll, Peasedown St John, was fined £60 and given three penalty points for speeding.
