Bath in Fashion launches award for fashion bloggers

If you fancy yourself as the next Susie Lau of Style Bubble then now could be your chance as Bath in Fashion is launching a competition to find the next superstar style blogger.

The very first Bath in Fashion Blogger Award will be presented at a live catwalk show on April 18. It will recognise the best style blogs from Bath and the surrounding areas, with the winner be presented with a special prize and crowned Bath in Fashion Blogger of the Year.
Bloggers are an increasingly powerful force in the fashion industry with a recent study showing that 57 per cent of UK women turn to fashion blogs for tips on what to wear, before any other source of inspiration.

"Bath is England's only World Heritage City with a rich history of being at the forefront of fashion," said Nicky Hancock, organiser of Bath in Fashion.
"It's also home to some of the country's most original and creative blogging talent. We're really excited to be celebrating that talent and highlighting what a vibrant and cosmopolitan place Bath is."
Bloggers can enter their blogs for consideration by completing an entry form, which will be available online at www.bathinfashion.co.uk from February 25.
A shortlist of ten winners will be selected by a panel of judges, with the final winner being decided by a public vote on the Bath in Fashion website.
"Bloggers participating in the awards will be using the hashtag #BIFBloggers on Twitter - do follow @BathinFashion and keep an eye on the hashtag to find out more," added Nicky
The prize package includes a Twilight package for two at Thermae Bath Spa.
