Pete Doherty is to hit Bath on Sunday for a sold at show at the city's Pavilion with his band Babyshambles.

The band was formed in 2003 by Doherty while on hiatus from his former band The Libertines, but Babyshambles has since become his main project.

Babyshambles have released two albums –

Down in Albion

(2005) and

Shotter's Nation

(2007) – a number of EPs and singles.

Babyshambles' new album will be out in the first half of 2010.

The show has sold out, but it may be worth checking what the touts are offering.
