Annual Bath Half Marathon fun run will aid children's charity
Entries are now open for a family fun run which accompanies the Bath Half Marathon.
The run takes place just after the start of the main race and last year attracted 1,000 runners.

The 1.5-mile run will follow the first part of the route of the half marathon, which is on Sunday, March 3.
The official charity will be communications organisation I CAN, which works with children who have difficulty speaking, listening or understanding.

Race director Andrew Taylor said: "If you want to take up running but don't feel ready to enter a long distance race just yet, then the Bath Half Family Fun Run is ideal.
"It starts and finishes under the main race gantry on Great Pulteney Street, which gives entrants the same thrill of crossing the finish line as those doing the half marathon."
The run is safe for children and ideal for families with pushchairs.
I CAN works with some of the million children with language or communication problems in the UK. It helps through families, nurseries, children's centres and schools.
Events manager Claire Cruft said: "Ten per cent of children in schools across Bath and the UK will have long-term speech, language and communication needs, and need additional help and support to learn at school, make friends and achieve their potential in life.
"We hope that through this fantastic charity partnership with the Bath Half Family Fun Run, more families will become aware of how to develop all children's communication skills and know that I CAN is here to offer information and support."
