Will Andrews scores twice as Walcot win at Trowbridge
A combination of injuries and Bath Half absences meant Walcot under-18s only had 14 players to call on for their trip to Trowbridge but they still ran out impressive 15-6 winners.
Powerful prop Bradley Lye touched down and scrum-half Will Andrews scored twice, with the pick being when he received a deft pass from hooker Lynch and darted 60m down the left to score unopposed in the corner.
Head coach Matt Andrews said: “I’m really proud of the lads – this was a hard-fought game and Trowbridge are a hard side to beat on their ground.
“Our forwards were magnificent and Ed Harris and Aaron Peace were just outstanding. Centre Ryan Strother has been on fire all season and was just awesome – teams cannot cope with his power and pace.”
