Amy Williams on Jonathan Ross show
Bath's new golden girl will be joining a host of stars on Jonathan Ross's sofa on Friday.
Bob skeleton star Amy Williams is lined up to appear alongside Cheryl Cole, Charlotte Church, James Corden, and the cast of comedy show Outnumbered on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross.

The show will be broadcast on Friday, at 10.35pm on BBC One.
Having already appeared on the One Show and a string of other TV and radio slots, the former Hayesfield and Beechen Cliff pupil says she is finally coming to terms with life as a British sporting icon.
Amy was relatively unknown outside her home city when she flew out to Canada for the Winter Olympics, but became a household name when she secured her country's first individual gold medal at the Games for three decades.
On her return to Britain she was whisked off to the One Show studios, and the following day completed an open top bus ride around Bath.
She told the Chronicle: "It is not my natural thing to be talking. I've sat in front of tables with people watching me and I've got sweaty palms I'm so nervous.
"But I accept I have to get used to it now and it does get easier the more interviews you have.
"I've relaxed a bit now, you can't pretend to be someone else and I know I'm okay.
"People accept you as you are and the public have been so kind.
"I've had so many lovely cards and messages, hundreds and hundreds, and I've read every single one.
"I've kept them all and one day I'll get round to replying to those who have sent their addresses."
Amy's modesty has shone through in the aftermath of her triumph in Vancouver, but in the three weeks since, she has learned to congratulate herself for the sacrifices she made.
She said: "Everyone says 'you don't go unless you think you're going to win' and that's true, but I didn't think I would come back with a medal.
"I thought Canada and Germany would grab them.
"But at the same time I know I'm consistent and have really performed and trained so hard.
"A lot of work has gone into it, so I know I do deserve this and am accepting that.
"You are not used to giving yourself a pat on the back but now I know I can, it's not something that happens overnight."

“BathBoi (did I manage to spell your 'name' correctly?), may you never loose your undoubted beauty. You wouldn't want the world to think less of your humanity, your sporting prowess, indeed any other quality you may possess that's not directly reflected in a fashionably beautiful exterior. May you grow old gracefully - and beautifully - presumably unlike Anna Ford and Moira Stuart.”

“@TomTrosberg - Amy is an asset to Bath as she achived extremely well in a sport and is physically fit which refelects out onto her appearance and her presentation so yes, I will judge a book by its cover.”

“BathBoi, Amy is an asset to Bath - whatever her looks. Don't judge a book by its cover.”

“@TomTrosberg: I believe that if you are a "presenter" on television, then your personal presentation should be of high importance as well as the content of the show. They are earning huge salarys so should be expected to look hightly presentable.
As for Amy, she always looks extremely presentable! She is a fine asset to Bath!”

“It would appear that 'BathBoi' judges the quality of TV programmes on the looks of the presenters. Never mind the contents, just look at the wrapping, eh.
Anyway, well done to Amy, and if I were her I should take advantage of the fame that is currently - and deservedly so - hers.”

“@John:
You rest your case??!!! On what?
No I dislike Jonathan Ross just as much as Adrian Chiles and James Corden. All of a bunch of mingers with faces only suitable for radio.
I dont pay my tv licence to look at fat ugly people!”

“@Julie - who's being negative about Amy here? Just for the record I have great admiration for her achievement. It doesn't make the Jonathan Ross show any good though!”

“I can't believe you are all being so negative!! All the interviews I've seen with Amy she comes across as a genuinely lovely girl. Maybe you are all just jealous!”
