Age UK advisors get out and about
Age UK B&NES is extending its information and advice service to three new community locations – Foxhill, Twerton and Timsbury – making it easier than ever for people to speak to an adviser about benefits, care services and housing.
Age UK B&NES advisers will now be available on the Citizens Advice Bureau mobile van at Foxhill Community Centre car park on the fourth Monday of every month, starting on February 25, and Timsbury's Conygre Hall car park on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, from next Wednesday.
An advice session will also be available on the third Thursday of each month, starting next Thursday, at Rose Cottage, High Street, Twerton, in a room next to Rosco's café.
All sessions run from 10am to 1pm and no appointments are needed. To talk to someone about your query in advance call the Age UK B&NES office on 01225 466135.
